Teamaximiser®
Teamaximiser® is an incentive program which links your job descriptions to a bonus system. It is a points based system whereby you receive points for doing certain things.
Each point you earn not only goes towards your personal tally but also a team tally. Personal points can be redeemed for rewards and the amount of team points achieved every 6 months will determine where the Team goes to celebrate.
You will also compete with all the stores in the Health Information Pharmacy group to enjoy national prizes that are rewarded to the best performing store based on the current metric.
We feel that rewards make work that much more exciting, and the way Teamaximiser® is set up you’ll be able to enjoy the team’s successes too.
