Two new team members at HIP
Stephen Sippel
Stephen has been appointed Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary of HIP parent company Health Corporation.
Stephen is a Chartered Accountant with an MBA who has a wealth of financial management experience spanning over 20 years and considerable experience in dealing with a listed company. He is a senior finance executive with broad commercial, financial and management skills.
He has previously spent time working as CFO/Company Secretary at a local subsidiary of a listed multinational manufacturer of industrial goods and in this role gained a broad range of experience including implementing strategic and operational plans, as well as a restructuring of the company.
Most recently, Stephen has held the position of Finance Manager for a large fast moving consumer goods company with an annual turnover of $800m, where he handled the daily cash flow, liaised with the company’s bankers on borrowing and facility requirements and managed a large team of employees.
Jane Guermanoff
Jane has joined HIP in sales support and will be calling on stores in NSW.
She has worked in retail pharmacy for over 15 years and has a wealth of experience in all areas of retail management. Jane's role is to help stores in the areas of weightloss and health solutions implementation by focusing on customer service skills and selling techniques.
In addition she will help strengthen the delivery of HIP core programs and give advice on team building, merchandising, pricing and communication skills.
