HIP Castle Hill gets a makeover
Late last year HIP Castle Hill, HIP CEO and founder Ken Lee's original pharmacy, received a makeover - a complete shop refit and conversion to the new HIP brand. Achieved over a period of only 4 weeks, and amazingly achieved with no interruption to trading, the store is now rebranded to the new HIP look, including the hallmark comfortable prescription counter sofa and large LCD screen showing product information and an overview of HIP services. Castle Hill manager Eugene Cheung said
"The new refit has definitely been worth the wait. All our customers are congratulating us on the new look - the team and the customers here particularly like the new pink colour scheme and the more open layout."
The rebrand has been designed specifically to appeal to pharmacy sector core demographic groups, and the addition of the sofa and LCD screen are designed to allow customers for prescriptions to wait in comfort while watching information on HIP products and services on the LCD screen.
