HIP head office keeps growing as a new team member joins
As part of the extension of support services to HIP franchisees, the HIP Head Office on the Norwest Business Park in Baulkham Hills in Sydney has almost doubled in size over the past few months. This is to accommodate more team members joining the group on the operational side to provide product marketing and support services to the franchisees. The extra space also allows training sessions to be held at the office for up to 20 people at a time.
The HIP franchisee support team has also welcomed a new member recently. Shannon Davis has joined HIP as Merchandising Manager. In this role she is responsible for liaising with suppliers and has overall responsibility for merchandising at store level. This includes overseeing the introduction of HIP's new Point-of-Sale system. Prior to joining HIP Shannon worked for the Friendlies NSW pharmacy group for four years in retail operations and prior to that she worked for the Pharmacy Guild in Quality Care.
