HIP 2009 Calendar
“Because we care.”
It’s pretty hard to find a short phrase that sums up what an organisation does and why it does it, but that’s the exercise we have just conducted at Health Information Pharmacy, and we think these three words really do sum up why we do what we do. We are pharmacists because we care, we run our Chemconsult program in HIP pharmacies to help us pick up medication errors and mismanagement because we care, and we offer the Health-e-Weight program because we care that obesity affects around a half of all Australians.
Over the next few months we will be introducing our new tagline into all our pharmacies and health promotions - it will appear in our new HIP 2009 calendar for example.
As you can read in our lead story this month, we have formed a partnership with Alphapharm to jointly promote the HIP Chemconsult program - a program that has always been at the heart of what HIP is all about - caring for people that have to take medication. Along with our Health-e-Weight program (which is shortly to be promoted with the “Find the (th)inner you” campaign) there will soon be a lot more people hearing about all the reasons why a Health Information Pharmacy should be their pharmacy of choice.
