With PBS reforms now starting to bite and discount groups established as a reality in the Australian pharmacy market, we are entering a new era in health care retailing and there will be winners and losers.

-Dipak Sanghvi, Victorian Branch President, Pharmacy Guild of Australia who will give his view on discounting and strategies to combat it (at the Melbourne seminar)
-Ken Lee, CEO of Health Information Pharmacy, who will be giving some insights into the HIP group’s retail healthcare strategy and talking particularly on how the group has achieved in-store payments for pharmacy consulting (who will be speaking at all seminars)
