New team member - Tracey Bushby
Tracey Bushby joined the HIP team a few months ago as Victorian Franchise Manager. As Franchise Manager she is first point of contact for all franchisees in Victoria and is responsible for helping stores develop and implement their marketing plans as well as maintaining brand and systems compliance at store level for the group.
Tracey is a qualified dispensary technician with over 10 years experience in pharmacy, where she has worked for a number of the major brands, including Terry White and Guardian, as well as being part of a team that introduced a new pharmacy group to the market.
On joining HIP Tracey said “I believe that pharmacies should be providing a professional health service to consumers and not reliant on discounting strategies to get people coming through the doors. When I saw the HIP model and the company values I realised that this was a group that had got the focus right.”
Tracey has written for PostScript magazine and was a Pharmacy Assistant of the Year finalist in Victoria. Prior to taking up her career in pharmacy she ran her own beauty business for six years.
