Meet the HIP Development Team
Michael Glasson
National Business Development Manager
Michael has had a successful and extensive career in retail, having been involved in business development and franchising in the pharmacy, gaming and oil industries both in Australia and overseas. More recently, he has been involved in retail procurement and network development for branded groups.
Michael's experience also includes several important disciplines within the HIP model, notably retail development, acquisition, network development and expansion, commercial negotiations, business planning, marketing, IT and HR issues.
Michael has an MBA from RMIT University, Melbourne, Graduate Diploma of Business Administration from Swinburne University, and a Diploma of Business and Diploma of Arts.
Noel Dickson
State Development Manager - QLD
As a partner in two Health Information Pharmacy stores owned jointly by Noel and his wife Jenny Leung, he has had hands on experience of running a pharmacy and has a clear understanding of the benefits that the HIP franchise can bring to the pharmacy owner, as well as to their customers and staff. Prior to being involved with the pharmacies Noel spent 17 years in hospital specialist pharmaceutical and capital equipment sales.
